Ask me why I doni't shoot trap anymore. It seems that some folks complain about my shotgun being too loud.
Specifically, the people off the line, lounging under the cover, not wearing hearing protection.
Turns out that Wolf shells are too fast for regulation trap, and my 18.25" barrel makes too much bark for them.
After a year of complaining, I gave up on that range - and I was just getting good at it too, running 23 or 24 out of 25 usually.
Do you really think we want laws to be observed? We want them broken. There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. When there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be crimes that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants law-abiding citizens? Pass the kind of laws that can’t be observed, enforced, or objectively interpreted - and you create a nation of law-breakers.

Like Sean said 3 but 'listen' to your gun and adjust accordingly.

Will do. This is my first rifle with an adjustable gas system. I'll also be looking at where my brasses are flying to.

You're also going through the breaking-in period too. If it shoots now, it'll just get better.
