    Good muzzle brake?

Hi, I recently purchased an xcr-l in 7.62*39. So far i am very happy with it but im wondering what other users like out there for muzzle brakes in this caliber. The battle comp looks nice but is twice the price of a pws. So I would like to hear some peoples opinions.

I am also curious as to how well the barrel holds zero after being removed.

    Thanks for your replies.

Dunno about that other stuff....but @ barrel removal zero....not very well. Rezeroing is a snap...but it does not return.

In my opinion he best compensator is made by JP Enterprises either their Recoil Eliminator (best on the market by far again my opinion) or their standard profile compensator (Beenie Cooley), I have both and they are the shit, not too fun for the guy next to you at the range.
Google jprecoileliminator and watch the video.

@flash suppressor/brake....I find with good fundamentals I can run a saiga 12 like a carbine. I've shot all manner of rifles in cqb drills and while a brake can have an effect the best bet is solid fundamentals. Even w/ 308's all it takes is a good grip, posture and movement. I good muzzle break / compensator IMHO should not be disruptive to other shooters on the line or behind you. I have the Battlecomp BABC on mine and it is a fantastic. However, on all of my 5.56 barrels have the Griffin Armament Compensator on them and I am very pleased with these devices that are more affordable and seem to be of comparable quality to the Battlecomp.

I would love to see a universal mount for all suppressors.
