Unimags and ASC 7.62x39 Mags On Sale $15-20 each.

JFYI....Unimags are on sale for $20 each plus shipping (it was $20 to ship 11 of them to me in AZ from TX).

Not sure if they are going under...just says inventory reduction sale.

I can't say they are 100%, but they work pretty well. Only problems I seem to have is if the gas is set too low, provided you ensure rounds are loaded to the rear of the mag (I bought the X39 LULA for AR mags, but haven't used it yet since I just got it).

At this price (basically more than half off...they are around $45 MSRP)...I decided to buy more. Lowest I've seen on sale at Primary Arms is $32. This should complete the mags I need for my 2 XCRs in X39 and I might use them for 6.5Grendel if I go that route.

A cheaper X39 mag option that looks halfway decent is the 20 round ASCs...also on sale right now....$15.19 each. My 30 round ASCs have been 100%...just look goofy and don't fit in a chest rig very well.

Not sure how long either sale will last.

Funny...their FAQs state exactly what I said...make sure you load rounds to the rear of the mag. I do wonder (b/c I haven't tested it)...how well the bullets will stay to the rear if you're doing dynamic drills with the fully loaded Unimags in a chest rig.

Probably less well as mag capacity moves toward empty.
