Buy more... you must buy more...

We're really wanting to get sales going. Lately it's been a bit slow, and we're hoping to step up production. So, if you guys know anybody that wants an XCR, spread the good cheer. We can take whatever you dish out.
And did I mention... the 6.8s are only a few weeks away? We've been taking orders for them...

A few people that I've recommended the XCR complain that it's not available in a more powerful caliber and until then they will look elsewhere even though they are impressed and really like the XCR platform. The 6.8SPC will help in this regard but it's hard to find ammo in this caliber and it's really expensive. I think if you guys really want to get sales up you're going to have to release the 7.62x39 kit, whatever it takes. Ammo is very cheap and plentiful in this caliber and is much more powerful than .223 for personal defense (for when the SHTF). Don't get me wrong, I love my XCR, it's a pleasure to shoot. But with the .223 round it's limited to current/ex-military folks and hobyists. An XCR in a cheaper and more powerful caliber I think will make it more practical as a multi-purpose tool.

Hey ... I'm doing my part

Have had an XCR 5.56x45 on order for a month+ in 18.6" heavy barrel.

Also have put off purchase of Saiga 7.62x39 for the impending XCR 7.62x39 conversion when it comes out.

So that's a definite 1.5 XCR rifles for me.

If you come out with a XCR-Medium in 7.62x51 I'll probably get that one too.

BTW - Lex is right, the 7.62x39 conversion is more important to me than any other except for maybe a 9mm or .22LR conversion, neither of which are even on the drawing board at the moment AFAIK. Like Lex mentioned the 7.62x39 would sell quite well due to lower ammo costs right now, but if you wait too long and the surplus 7.62x39 dries up like all the other surplus in other calibers then your sales will be affected drastically for the 7.62x39 conversion.

    .22lr would be excellent!

Ammo is cheap and it's great for small game hunting. That's another conversion kit that would sell well I think. Although I think a Ruger 10/22 has already cornered the .22lr market for semi-auto rifles. I would still buy the conversion kit for an XCR though :-D

Hey, : What about a .22 magnum, Ruger discontinued their 10/22 Mag semi auto, and the only other contender is the Remington 597, and that's quite expensive (I know I have one!)

The gas system upgrade has got me interested "again".
If a 6.5mm version was available I have the credit card out right now.

I gotta say that I personally think the 6.8 was a mistake marketing wise. with the ammo being of limited availability and $.65-.80 per round it would make more sense to go with the more shootable calibers if you need to sell quantities. Dont get me wrong the 6.8 is superior ballistically all day long and i would move to it if ammo were closer to $.40-.50 per round, BUUUUT until then it's 7.62x39, .308, 5.56, and .22.

speaking of which In the tactical carbine classes I've taken, A .22 conversion has worked quite nicely for the AR/Ceiner equiped guys. with ammo costs shooting thru the roof, a great option might be a simple (yeah I know :-\ ) .22 long rifle, magnum conversion of some type that allows the normal manual-of-arms to be used. that might sell well.

so heres my list of desires
    1-spare parts kits
    2- .22 conversion and mags
    3-7.62x39 conversion and mags
    4- XCR heavy in .308
5- IF and ONLY IF 6.8 becomes resonably priced the 6.8 kit

    my .02
