JFYI Nate,
Zero did NOT turn off the gas. Gun ran really well on zero with supers....55 gr. IMI M193.
You were right....no need to open any of the ports. It was chucking brass hard AF and 30' or more on setting 2. It was odd that it was throwing it 4-5 o'clock rather than forward or 3 o'clock.

Stock from Rob Arms Type 3 Dial Port Sizes in 6.5G with 11" bbl:
7=.082"
6=.076
5=.070
4=.067
3=.064
I don't have calibrated gauge pins for the smaller sizes....drill bit wise they are apparently smaller than .040 thou.
I believe this is the wrong dial for this caliber (or just as likely....the bbl length since it's already 15 thou bigger than the "small hole" dial in post #15). I'll have to contact RA to verify.
Bbl port is ~.078" currently....it will take both a .081 and .082 gauge pin in the beginning of the hole, but won't go all the way through.
Gas block port is .125".
***EDIT***Drilled my bbl port to .082"....hopefully that will help with the bolt over base malfunctions I've been having and the bolt not locking back on empty. Not super concerned about erratic ejection unless it's so weak that it might get stuck in the port.
