Wrote to Robinson Arms asking when we could place an order for the new XCR-M.
    This was their reply.

We have some final testings to do this next month. We are hoping to have it out on the market by March.

    Thank you

I'll believe that when I see it. Alex said they'd be taking orders in 2 weeks when I called them back in october.

I've been waiting along with everyone else but I'd prefer having an XCR-M that's made right, than one that's made right now :2cents: so if it takes a few weeks/months *please not years* then so be it. Z day probably won't be for at least a few years and Osama *cough* I mean Obama will be too busy trying to get elected to push through any new gun laws.

As long as its available with some range data by the end of the year I'll be happy, I'm working a 18" 308 build as my gift to me after deployment and right now its slated as a Noveske N6, but if the XCR-M gets good marks on the market I'll lean that way instead (im a bitch for those pmag 20lrs but would only buy a KAC of the rifles currently on the market that take that mag)
    The Rules:
    1. Bring a gun, Preferably bring two guns. Bring all your friends who have guns.
    2. Anything worth shooting is worth shooting twice, AKA Double Tap
    3. Only hits count, the only thing worse than a miss is a slow miss
    4. If your shooting stance is good, you're probably not moving fast enough or using cover correctly
If you can choose what to bring to a gunfight, bring a long gun and a friend with a long gun
Rule of Unarmed Combat: Never be unarmed

If RA said that they were taking deposits on the XCR-M tomorrow, I (and many others) would plunk down the money tonight.

I guess I'm counted amongst the fan boys, and I wouldnt. Not even close. You can take the deposit crap and shove it right up your proverbial ass!! ;D

No way I'm giving anyone any money until I can either hold it in my hands or Kermit tells me He's got it for me.

In any event I'm at least smart enough to wait until the initial teething problems sort themselves out somewhat.

A admirer of the weapon I may be, but stupid I am not.

That brought a tear to my eye, you have come a long way.
