You can submit Electronic Form 1 and 4 again using a trust. The approval time is taking about 4 months now they said.

Some MDR specs. They look to be short enough for me, so I do not have to go about getting Stamps.

    Specifications
    .308 Win | 16” Barrel Length | 27.12” Overall Length | 7.5 lbs | 1 in 10” Barrel Twist | 20-25 Round Magazine
    .223 Rem | 10.5” Barrel Length | 21.62” Overall Length | 7.12 lbs | 1 in 7” Barrel Twist | 30 Round Magazine
    .223 Rem | 16” Barrel Length | 27.12” Overall Length | 7.5 lbs | 1 in 7” Barrel Twist | 30 round magazine
    300 BLK | 10.5” Barrel Length | 21.62” Overall Length | 7.12 lbs | 1 in 8” Barrel Twist | 30 Round Magazine
    7.62 x 39 | 16” Barrel Length | 27.12” Overall Length | 7.5 lbs | 1 in 9.5” Barrel Twist | 30-40 Round Magazine
    6.8 SPC | 10.5” Barrel Length | 21.62” Overall Length | 7.12 lbs | 1 in 10” Barrel Twist | 30 Round Magazine
Does the MDR with a 16 inch barrel meet the overall length requirement of 26 inches?

Form 1s on eforms have been up for a little while. Still waiting on 3s and 4s to come back up.

eforms I submitted in Feb took right at 4 months to come back.

Not sure what the timing will be when/if the the form 3/4 come back up.

Except technically, electronic forms are a violation of NFA.....just make sure you demand an actual, physical tax stamp once approved.
