    We used to use hand crank single lung motors on our portable augers during wheat harvest. They worked great, you just had to watch out for chauffeur's fracture if it backfired. Great to see you on here Kermit and great to see you in La Grande!

    I am a right handed shooter (although I do practice from the left shoulder) that does NOT care for the ambi safety. It is very uncomfortable for me just in front of the palm of my right hand. I just received my third XCR and I forgot (duh) to not have them install it. My previous XCR's do not have it.

    I usually remove the right side paddle, but this last one (XCR-M) I shaved it down and it's actually just fine like that. But, that's what I meant earlier in this thread about the newer paddles "not being that great."
