    How many xcr forum members live in the once great state of Colorado?

    How do you see this new law affecting your life?

    Will Magpul really leave Colorado?

    People are being flown from Connecticut to push laws in Colorado?

    Absolutely Tom. WTF does a CT resident have to do with gun laws in CO? It is a dog and pony show.

    Mick it didn't say specifically that the CT guest was flown in but at least one was there based on the article.

    The way I read it, the people it talked we're likely from Colorado with a relative in sandy hook. Not that there was a person there from Connecticut.

    Each time he signed a bill, applause erupted from lawmakers and their guests, who included Jane Dougherty, whose sister was killed in the attack at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Conn.;
    I interpret this as she being there as a guest.

    Colo. company leaving over new gun magazine law

    ERIE, Colo. (AP) -- A Colorado ammunition magazine manufacturer is making good on a threat to leave the state after lawmakers approved new gun laws.
    Magpul Industries says it plans to begin packing up as soon as possible for a move to several other states. A search is under way to find new locations.
    According to the Denver Post (Magpul says move out of Colorado "underway," and others will follow - The Denver Post ), Magpul chief operating officer Doug Smith said Wednesday a bill signed by Gov. John Hickenlooper that prohibits the sale of gun magazines with more than 15 rounds could seriously impact the company's business.
    Magpul is based in Erie, which is about 30 miles north of Denver. It has about 200 workers and is the largest Colorado company that potentially would be affected by the bill, one of three state gun measures passed this year.

    So does another company that I can endorse - Dark Angel Medical.
    When it looked like the bill was going to pass, Doc started looking for another state to move his business to.
    They're headed for Wyoming as of now. Bye-bye to the socialist Kolorado!
    Do you really think we want laws to be observed? We want them broken. There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. When there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be crimes that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants law-abiding citizens? Pass the kind of laws that can’t be observed, enforced, or objectively interpreted - and you create a nation of law-breakers.
