    The idea that increased human population threatens human population is fundamentally wrong. Malthus was just incorrect, and it's bizarre that so long after he's been thoroughly discredited, there are still politicians trying to sell the same nonsense.

    The most important resource on earth is humans. Specifically their ability to figure stuff out. It's human ingenuity that makes the earth _more_ productive as population increases, not less.
