Can you post a pic of your receiver like above and a pic of what you found?
Greetings all,
I just Purchased an XCR and ran about 160 rounds through with no problems. When I got home I Double-checked to ensure the gun wasn't loaded, and when I tried to Dry-Fire the gun it wouldn't fire. I cracked it open and the Trigger Mechanism was stuck. I flicked the safety on and off and it broke free along with a piece of Plastic (it feels kinda Squishy, not hard Plastic); Anyone know what that piece is and why it was jamming my trigger?
Thanks

A truth’s initial commotion is directly proportional to how deeply the lie was believed. When a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous and its speaker a raving lunatic.
I'll do that when I get home from work, I don't recall seeing one of those attached to the Firearm...
Perhaps it's been floating around in there since before I purchased it.
If it was on there and is getting chewed up it means you can safely turn your gas down a setting or two.
You'll get less recoil and longer life from the rifle. You can always turn it back up if your shooting steel cased stuff.
Yeah, It's on there, its just got a piece broken off; I'll knock the Gas down a notch and hopefully it doesn't get any worse.
Thanks

Man, they must not make those like they used to. Mine is still the original one, well over 10K rounds through it over the past 5+ years and is still going strong.
I would order a couple just as a precaution.

Yea I would get a couple spares.I think three may have been a few of these that were not quite up to par,so that may be the issue here.At least it's an inexpensive part.
War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things: the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks nothing worth a war, is worse.... A man who has nothing which he is willing to fight for, nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.----John Stuart Mill
I had one that popped in half within a few hundred rounds on setting 4 recently... Funny part is that it looked new still, just in two pieces.
Yeah, order a handfull, as it is a part that you want to have.
hope for the best, prepare for the worst, and make hay while the sun shines!
Greetings all,
Do you have an email address for Danny? I'd like to try and get a new one shipped up here.
Thanks
