That's pissed me off more than I've been in a long time...
When have any of our plans ever actually worked? We plan, we get there, all hell breaks loose.

Way ahead of you. United service has been the worst for a long time. I only fly JetBlue... If they don't fly there, I'm not going.

Lucky airport security wasn't called and he got a beat down and arrest. That's what often seems to happens when someone gets "disgruntled" or irate with poor customer service in an airport.

Absolutely. I blacklisted United long ago. Their service is the worst! A bunch of bitchy hags that should have been forced to retire before 30.

That's why the best airlines are the new ones with new staff that try to be pleasant.

Better yet, go over seas and fly Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, etc.
