300 AAC Dev update from Robarm

These pics show a little more than my last ones. 300 AAC Dev update from Robarm-20140902_144115.jpg300 AAC Dev update from Robarm-20140902_164000.jpg300 AAC Dev update from Robarm-20140902_170344.jpg

This is a Standard L with 9" 300AAC barrel and a Hughes suppressor. I got a nice closeup of the new gas block this time. I tested Supersonic, Subsonic, w w/o suppressor, and different barrel lengths today.
    Bravo likes this.

    First!!!!

that looks like a sweet setup.

Are my orders from the beginning of the year going to be honored or will there be a "do over" on the order process for 300 barrels?

    Lol

I think everyone has verbally ordered a blackout barrel... I will post a new thread when 300 is out of R&D stage and in full production. (soon I hope!)

Sales stuffs is beyond my scope

I thought the new gas block was going to be similar to the M. The M is a short stroke setup correct? Is this gas block going to use the same oprod as the current L?

There's only one new gas system coming right?

The 300 gas system is too short for that gas block but, Yeah, we have that thing going too! You know more about it than I am allowed to divulge.

Will the new "mini M" gas system fit under the rails? Just the 300 system under the rails?

New piston head for the "mini M" gas? Same piston (current) for the 300 system?

You mean to tell me that in a national market, Robinson Arms takes and ships orders verbally?
If assholes could fly, this place would be JFK international.

    Yep, my questions too.

Doubt you'll answer this question PurpleNurple but which would likely see the 300 AAC first? The Micro or the Mini?

I would assume you plan to have the gas block exposed like all the other models when it goes to production?
