I don't get a thing for it, but I want him to know how appreciative I am for his excellent work. There are cheaper trusts, but they are not complete and when dealing with the ATF I want complete and the ability to call the lawyer who put it together and have him iron it out. The Silver plan should work great unless you want multi-generational and those are a little iffy.

OK, so something odd just happened.
I mailed my form 4 off, complete with check.
I just checked my bank account to see what had cleared and what hadn't - and the batboys did an EFT off of my check. That's new for me.
When did they start doing that?
Obviously they received it.....
So what's the current wait time like for a paper form 4?
Do you really think we want laws to be observed? We want them broken. There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. When there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be crimes that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants law-abiding citizens? Pass the kind of laws that can’t be observed, enforced, or objectively interpreted - and you create a nation of law-breakers.
They are doing the eCheck thing it looks like, think they started sometime last year. They did the same for my last Form 4.
Snail mail; I would say 3 months max. eFile I have seen some come back in 1.

They're quick to get their money. The last Form 4 I got back was from Oct28. I got it back 2 Feb. Just over 3 months. That's from time sent to time back in hand. It had been approved mid January. That time has come down a bit from the 4 months it was taking in Dec.
I just got an SBR Form 1 in a little over four weeks.

OK, well, I'm glad to know that the electronic check thing isn't odd.....
I just kinda have a problem with the idea of the feds taking money out of my account "in an unusual manner".
But the MUCH shortened wait times are VERY good news!
