    Fast Cooking with 1911's

Timed myself, completed and plate'd in under 12 minutes!

Ericc is fast and accurate enough to be an Iron Chef!

    1) Smoothie - Kale, Berries, Honey, Almond Milk.

    2) Green Apple - Sliced with Tajin seasoning.

    3) Lamb Chops - RARE.. seasoned with salt and pepper, seared on each side for only 1.5 minutes per side... in extra extra hot olive oil.. in a well aged cast iron skillet... RARE because only little kids eat well done meat.

    4) Garnish with Kale leaves and a Premium 1911.

    5) Big salad tossing fork - because I am boss.

Main course fork goes where pistol is, knife goes next to plate where sharpening rod is, sharpening rod removed from place setting, the pistol next to knife on right side of plate. I realize you were in a rush but......
