Right? The 1911 fans who pay the original asking price all day long (for 1911s) don't go, "damn I wish I had a striker fired 1911". And, the Glock guys don't ever go, "damn I wish my Glock was more like a 1911". Except for the inventor. He was THAT guy.

I will say that the H9 was a damn fine looking pistol though.

Glocks just don’t have that sleek look that 1911s have unless you spend an extra $1000 to modify it.

Had the H9 really taken off, I for sure would have jumped on board, especially if they had released a polymer version which was rumored.

It’s unfortunate because the design really was cool.

Let’s hope this doesn’t happen to the Alien though.

Nah, that is someone else in the family. I want to shoot all my guns and keep them until "They Come Take Them From Me!". The last time I sold my guns and didn't purchase what I wanted the 1984 Ban took place. Trying not to let that happen to me again.

Same reason I'm itching for a Steyr AUG.

I have shot the hell out of a Hudson and really like it. The trigger guard is too small and that is why you feel that pinch. It is the only pistol that I feel competes with the excellent ergos and feel of the Hi-Power grip. My only regret was not getting the suppressor barrel.

We had a shoot this weekend and I let a dozen different fellows give it a go, all really liked it.

By the way, my son won our pistol competition portion of our shoot with a K-22 and he's only twelve. I am pretty proud of that fine young fellow!

Absolutely! He is starting to beat me. He takes every opportunity to remind me. But I take great joy in watching him develope and I could only be too happy to have him be my better
