    Handguard Width

I'm about to dive back into the XCR world. Does anyone have measurements for the Keymod and M-lok handguard widths? I'd like to have M-lok, but I'm not a fan of wide handguards. But if it's comparable to other handguards I've handled I might still consider it.

    Ahk. My bad.

    Either way, kind of shocked.

Is the aluminum thicker on the mlok?

It steps out for the M-Lok unlike on the KM.

Done so barrel extension could clear the T-nuts?

Personally, I'd rather deal with the inconvenience of having to remove the accessory when pulling the bbl than add 3/8" to the thickness of the handguard, but that's JMO. It may be that the required thickness for M-Lok wouldn't work with the standard thickness of the upper's extrusion.

Am I confused? Isn't keymod thinner than mlock?
