Yes, It is accessible with a bullet tip through the vent holes in the handguard.

What's the barrel length? Is that a YHM suppressor setup? Is that bullet tip through the vent hole access as difficult as it sounds?
I'm a total loser b/c I haven't even shot my M, but if the dial is anything like the L, I can imagine carbon build up can make it a bear to turn. Trying to access it through a little slot port seems like it could be an issue.
Anyone have the issue with a hard-to-turn dial on the M?
