In further examining my xcr I found I have

    Type 0 bolt catch⁰
No typed mag release not ambi
    Type 1 receiver rear
    Type 1 fire control
    Type 1 bolt and carrier
    Type 0 opsys

I just wanted to make sure I can drop in the new trigger and opsys without any modifications. Also will either world the FAST stocks fit? Do you carry all these items Navalbeaver? Thank you

Yes, the trigger is drop in as is the gas system (bolt on)...pretty sure you'll need the WHOLE gas system though...including the piston itself, not just the gas block...and if you go to a Type 3 gas block, you'll also need the gas tube.

Yes, any of the FAST stocks will fit.

I am looking at doing the same thing and contacted RA. $800-$900 for a complete upgrade [modify lower receiver, fire control parts, bolt & carrier, extractor & extractor spring, operating system, FAST stock, OMNI deflector] plus shipping.
If I can purchase an older XCR at a low enough price, I am going to go ahead and do the upgrade.

I am looking at purchasing an older [early model] and upgrading it.
modify lower receiver hole size to type 1 modified
purchase & install type 2 fire control parts
bolt & carrier upgrade to type 2
purchase & install new extractor & spring
purchase install operating system to type 3
    new FAST stock type 3
stock hinge refinement [adjust for "wobble/slop"]
    OMNI deflector

may consider cerakoting the XCR as well
