I'm sure if the gas tube durability were to be a problem, then all you would have to do is add a thicker protective sleeve to the exposed section that extends past the gas block.

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things: the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks nothing worth a war, is worse.... A man who has nothing which he is willing to fight for, nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.----John Stuart Mill

True, but the proportions are different. Also if I remember the Galil gas tube is significantly thicker than the unit on the XCR. Happy to be proved wrong.

Plain FUGLY. Stop fooling around with goofy configurations and release the new stock or start pumping out the micros and minis in volume.

My first thought as well. I've always thought the Galil and the XCR looked related.

I really do agree. It may be "fun" to play around with different configurations but bottom line, product needs to get to the customer. I think they are close, they just need to get more production capability. I think they shipped the first batch of pistols to dealers a couple weeks ago.

excuse me, but we HAVE been shipping the micros. I have personally built at least ten in the last week or so. If you have one on order with a 7.5" barrel, call and see what is needed to get it going.

Are minis still just waiting on 9" bbls?

    Just wondering.
