There is the possibility that citizens may have stopped more of these shooters had they not taken place in so-called GUN FREE ZONES.

Mechanic liked post by Col Maddog On thread : 223 Wylde
Recently I ordered an XCR-L (my 3rd) in 5.56 (1st in this caliber) with the key mod frame and lightweight barrel. While examining it I noticed the barrel is marked 223 Wylde which I was not expecting...

Funny....I think the XCR platform has come into its own. It really doesn't have any comparable competition in the multicaliber quick change market, especially when you start factoring in Light and...

Been corresponding with them several times in the past month or so....and they have been really responsive and helpful....and that's during the holidays when I'm sure they are short staffed. Just...

We do prime rib these days.....but I might have gone traditional for some of that action. Sounds delish.

Exactly. Used market usually gets me a way better margin and still able to pass on a bit of a deal. I haven't gotten any indication from RA that they're cutting dealers in on their current sales. ...

I need to look it over closer.....but the parts aren't that bad...I could just buy the trigger and disconnector....don't think I'd need the hammer. MSRP on those two parts is only $66. I don't have...

Even if you get a lemon, we can get it running with a little bit of work. Best part about these rifles is that they are super simple to work on.

If mine is in the first batch, feel free to take it to the range and have some fun. Just don't use steel cased ammo.

The only way RA would be able to handle a contract of that scale would be to sell or license the design to a larger manufacturing outfit. Somehow a I suspect Alex's ego would get in the way of that.

Shrug. It's your stuff, paid for by your money which you earned with your labor. Who gives a rat's ass what the detractors think. As for the platform not being adopted by a major military force,...

Truth is: they're right to an extent. Proof of adoption by a foreign military is sparse....it's been said, but no real proof's been shown. It's not that accurate compared to many other AR...

Shitty ammo always equals shitty results. I've seen folks with a Noveske bitching because they can't get sub MOA with Tula ammo. I've also seen people with a crappy home built AR feeding it FGM and...

The XCR isn't a military platform. That's not necessarily a bad thing. How many military platforms come with a multi (more than 2) position, tool less, gas block, ACTUAL caliber conversions in all...
