Looks like one of the Chinese copies of the Eotech. It probably works just fine and it says it has a lifetime warranty. It looks better than the one I got from larue but I know mine works so i am not complaining.

Actually the ones from Cheaper than dirt came with a reticle on the lens. Larue bought a whole bunch and sent them off to either have the aiming reticle removed (it was for tanks or something previously) or fitted with a new lens (I am not sure how they do it, I just know that the glass is clear with no evidence of the reticle). The magnifier is then re-purged with nitrogen to ensure it wont fog up.

It isn't pretty but they go through it and make sure it works.

PoBoy from Larue.com. PERIOD.

5 for a real piece of gear instead of a 0 POS.

1.) Comes with a quick mount that is ROBUST!
2.) Hensoldt isn't a ChiCom POS.

those too use to go for on cheaper than dirt.  now put it on a larue mount and jack up the price 0!  classsic!
Whats "classic" is the fact that they are taken apart, the reticule removed, and then the whole unit purged to prevent fogging.  so whats classic is somebody who thinks they know what they are doing buying one from Cheaper Then Dirt and thinking they have the same thing. Oh yeah and the super nice Larue mount is pretty classic too ($120 of the total price).

yes agree... classsic marketing! why did they need to be purged? the one i had never fogged up, but then again I am not doing any scuba diving missions. but when i lowed craweled accross my living room carpet, the $6 High Accushot mount seem to hold it in place just fine. As for the reticle, you kinda just ignore it since you are not using it for ranging a tank gun, but actually using it for a red dot. I guess if you have ADD, they you are better off paying extra $150. Whatever works.

i had one of these magnifiers before, and i agree the glass on them were tops. but I don't like the idea of of buying a $180 piece that originally costed $30, even if the mount comes with it. also i prefer American Defense to Larue thank you. YMMV and FWIW ;)

You erroneously keep referring to the unit as a "$170" item when in fact he is selling the mount for $120 which can be used with any of the magnifiers (Eotech/Aimpoint) or can be used with a very old sight that has been gone through to insure that the 60 year old internals are still up to snuff.
