Spot on Lex. This country is churning in the toilet, just a matter of time when it will flush.Republicans are just as accommodating and have just as much to gain from illegal immigration. This isn't a 'left vs right' thing.
The slow erosion of sovereignty helped along by outsiders feels pretty shitty, huh? Congrats, you have just put your feet in a Hawaiian's shoes. The ad may be bullshit, but the slow erosion of our sovereignty and increase in illegal immigration from south of the border are all too real. Why is the far left and Democrats so interested in turning a blind eye to this? We already know they hate the USA and hope for it to fail, but what do they hope to gain?
Nicely done.People used to be nomadic hunters and gatherers. They evolved into a society with nation states. I don't think anyone can say with certainty if this was a positive evolutionary path in the long term, after all we've existed as nomads longer than we've existed with nation states. It's up for debate if all the wars we've had, famines, suffering and damage to the planet make this path sustainable. Where am I going with this? Just to say that I do not consider myself a patriot or nationalist or socialist. I'm an individual made up of a single mind and body, my interactions with other individuals and my physical environment. I will do whatever it takes to survive (to the extent I can stick to my principles) and help those I care about to do the same. I will defend the people I know, my community but I cannot rationally defend with my life an abstract idea such as a 'nation'. It is difficult for me to express my perspective in words because I'm still trying to understand it. Suffice it to say that I too am not worried about illegal immigration. Whether it is illegal is merely a random chance of who was in power at the time and what special interests they were serving when they passed the particular laws that made it harder/easier to immigrate.
Take what I say with a grain of salt because I am a rational person and do not believe in faith. People who believe in things would not agree with me and that's cool just as long as they don't force their beliefs on me.
