Anyone have an 01/03 C&R license?

I just requested the paperwork for a c&r license and form 4's from the atf. I may setup a trust for my future suppressor/sbr hijinks, but I'm looking forward to the c&r right now.

Anyone who has theirs, tell me some good discounts to look for, who has good surplus guns (I've really only browsed aimsurplus), and show off your stuff :)

I can't wait to get some long boxes shipping to my door... I want an sks or two, a mosin or two, a k31, a k98, and an enfield, gotta do the cmp stuff to get a garand too!! When I was little I didn't care much about these type of weapons, but now they look so fun! They're cheap, and have reasonable prices on ammo especially the russian calibers... I wanna stock up!

Anyway, tell me about it ;D

I can't comment on the license but I just sent off my paper work for an AR SBR, using the living trust method. Just fill out the form and send in a copy of the trust with a check. My check has cashed so I think the paper work was right. It's sweet, magik... no prints or pics. Nice and easy.

ya prizm, I figured since I was on the site I might as well get the form 4 so I could look at it... I'll probably go the trust route too.

Majik, I have my C&R license and have just recently receive the ATF form for the SBR as well.

You can look at the AIM Surplus site for deals on C&R weapons like the CZ-52, SKS, Romanian TT-33, CZ-82, etc.

Also J&G Sales is another good one. Here's the link: http://www.jgsales.com/index.php/c/c-r-guns/cPath/290?osCsid=f4d37390a77bc5a3857ea0274e4fc9ba

Another good one:

I have ordered with great success from all three of these. Good luck! Enjoy the new C&R license.

Some say that you're letting the ATF into your home by getting the 03 FFL, giving up your privacy, etc. I've had mine for about two years, and haven't heard a peep from them. And from all I can hear, neither has anyone else. So enjoy! 8)

Curios and Relics license allows an individual to buy C&R weapons (older than 50 years) directly like a dealer but you are not allowed to sell for profit. Should add that you can sell to enhance your collection but can't be buying and selling like a regular dealer this do not mean one can not sell a C&R for more than they purchased just they can not be making a living with this type of license.

thanks for the links badman...

and ya prizm, cavego is right-it lets you have surplus rifles and handguns delivered straight to you. You also get a pretty good dealer discount at lots of places like midway/cheaperthandirt etc... considering the license only costs 30$ for three years it's definitely a steal.
