Hopefully they already have all their 308 barrels and other parts ordered for assembling the XCR-M's in the near future. ;) So we won't have to worry about a delay due to vendors failing to deliver parts on time. :)

You can't stick with your FAL cause you can't buy them in Canada. You haven't been able to buy them since 92 (I wasn't old enough to buy guns before 92) that is why everyone is desparately waiting for these new rifles because they are not on the prohibited/restricted lists. We have the AR10s and LR 308s but you are only allowed to shoot them at a range because they are restricted class. The only decent non restricted 308 rifle we have is the M14/M1A but people want a black rifle. Infact I wanted the XCR-M before I decided I wanted a XCR-L. When I first heard of the XCR-M I immediately put my name on a waiting list at the importer of the XCR's in Canada. My name has been on that list for about 3 years now as well as many other people.
