Blackhark S.T.R.I.K.E. Hydration system

This is the STRIKE carrier for hydration systems. New it was $60. I went another route just before Iraq and forgot I had this until cleaning the garage today. It is coyote tan. $35 shipped.

Am I correct in assuming 1) that it doesn't include the hydration unit itself - it's just the bag that would hold one, and 2) it's designed to be attached to a vest or something else with the molle attachments?

Correct on both parts, We used somethng similiar in Iraq to carry around our Camelbaks.
