Yea. The girl really works hard for the company.

We might represent a small portion of the XCR community but I think we are the most vocal out of everyone. I know when I try to sell an XCR to someone I explain that you have direct employee contact if you are on XCR forum. You are not going to get that with any other gun company out there. Terra and I have been writing about any XCR issue I might have had into the late evening and she was working to resolve it by morning. Colt, Sig, or HK do not have anything even close to that.

I do not know what the cost of an XCR might be, I am sure they are not cheap. However, certain employees go above and beyond and should be rewarded. If at all possible she should be given the "Bonus" of an XCR.

big deal. i am sure there are porsche builders, space shuttle builders, and frozen digorno pizza builders. if they don't own it and use it how can they know the merits of it? anyone can follow directions, "put B bolt in location F". "Put pepperoni to the left of the sausage"

She works with them all day. If you sell Ferrari's you might not be able to afford one but you damn sure well can appreciate it. Are you joking and I am not picking up on it? Give the girl a break!

She gets to "test" shoot rifles...

I seem to remember her shooting up all the ammo in the shop and having to send someone out for more. At least that is how I remember it. :
