The problem with these items is that you can't just get one, after your first you'll what one for everything you own.
I shot 556 through the yankee hill 308 can on my sbr and it sound real good but its heavy. I've got a AAC spr can on my XCR and that shoulds good and lighter but alot more money.
Any of the major brands swr,aac,yankee,knights are good its a matter of finding the balance of cost, weight and db reduction that suites you. I think yankee hill for the price and construction is the top values out there.
