Couldn't find a problem section for the M, so I'll put this here. If this needs to be moved to another section , I understand. Just got my XCR-M the other day and love it so far. However, I don't want to take it to the range quite yet because of what seems to me, to be a firing pin that's a. It too long. Here's the bolt when it's just pushed down fully into the carrier:

The firing pin pushes out past the bolt face, quite a bit to be honest, and pressing on the firing pin with my thumb makes it seem so much worse that I hope it is. It looks like each shot it would puncture every single primer being that long:

I wanted to test and see if I was getting any marks on the primer with just a simple primed case and it did, albeit not as much as I was expecting, fortunately:

My question is, is this normal for the XCR platform? Or is this something much more serious that might cause a runaway gun if left unchanged? I've already emailed Robinson about this but haven't heard back.
