I just bought an xcr (used; Sorry Terra) and haven't even had a chance to shoot it yet. But I have a question. Can I shoot it with the stock folded flat? Looks like that little ear would interfere with the ejector port.

Nice little community you have here and thanks for the help.

Oh, and I went to the Gun Show last week-end and didn't see anything I liked as much as the XCR. Major Cool Factor. Now I just need a day off to shoot it.

Hey Stud!

Welcome to our little community (well you must have been ready for someone to call you Stud! when you chose that name?) ;D

Yes I would agree we do have a nice little community here and I hope to read your thoughts and feelings (maybe even a photo) of your first range visit with your XCR. I'm sure you are going to LOVE it as we all do.

B.A. only wishes his Mini-14 was this cool. Yes, I have shot it with the stock folded, works fine. I think it left a little brass residue on either the stock tube or the eyelet, can't remember.

Welcome to the forum and enjoy your fine rifle.

EYELET !!!

That was the word I was looking for. And thanks for the Welcome.

I won't be posting much until I've read alot more of the discussion threads. And it looks like that might take awhile ;D

Don't want to bore you all asking questions that have been discussed.

I think choosing a name like "Stud Duck" it's a given that he has a sense of humor, and that's great!

Welcome, and I hope you get as much enjoyment out of out little community as the rest of us.

See ya later, Stud Ducky!

I always wanted to say that! ;D
