No idea when this was taken, I'm guessing when I was around 15 or 16, but it's definitely during a summer vacation in Ukraine:

Me being stupid and climbing without a rope, probably 20:

Roped this time, I was younger and smarter then, so probably 17 or 18, this looks like i was climbing over the Potomac on the Maryland side:

Same climb as above:

My mom has entire shelves of pictures of me when I was younger starting from infant, none of them are in digital form though.

Me and my brand new, and first, grandson at the hospital last November.

About five years ago, elk hunting in the Ouray area.

The ridge line I was hunting then.

That is a gorgeous dog... wow.
He's getting long in the tooth now. He was 12 last month and that's the average life span for a Siberian, although we have run across a few that lived past 15.

He was in good health until last November when we went to London and Paris for two weeks. We came back home to discover he develop a condition called bloat and had to have emergency surgery while we were out of the country. Fortunately he's fully healed but they had to remove his spleen and part of his stomach and he's now having digestion problems. But we seem to have solved that by supplementing his dog food with Metamucil mixed with canned baby food meats. Pretty soon he and my grandson will be sharing the same food! ::)
Congrads on both a handsome Grandson AND Dog. :2cents:

I don't have a scanner so I can only post pics from the digital camera era.

Here is my daughter and I when I took her to Barcelona Spain about 4 years ago.

She was 16 then

well, she puts you to shame! ;)
How about if I get in on this (GRIN). Kind of - the pic isn't that old at all now.... but as my kiddo is young, it's going in the scrapbook.

Pick up a copy of SWAT magazine - the February edition. On page 85, there's a pic of two people you can see, and a friend of mine looking away. The two you can see - my son and myself - with the caption "Father and son rifle team fires for effect." The caption is a touch off, the pic was snapped during the prep period, so there's no mag in my rifle (and the reason the my buddy is loading instead of shooting). Kind of got me at a funky time, trying to talk...... my boy though? That's 100% concentration.

And no, he hasn't hit expert yet, but he's doing well for someone his age. Heck, he's doing pretty well compared to people three times his age. We'll keep doing these until he does hit expert.
Tim, my best friend is a single Army Pilot/CPT...
well, she puts you to shame! ;)
why do you say that?
I kid :p

Come on Tzoid, she is dressed nicer than you.
Does she shoot?
OK Guys,

seeing we are all dragging out the old family photos. They say I've always wanted to be in Law Enforcement, I guess looking at this photo from 1960, it may be true?

I might live to regret this! ::)
