Do you know nay place that makes barrels?
PDW your own XCR? It's a thought!

You would have to have a new barrel made to move the gas block back the 6" that you cut off the upper and making the piston connecting rod would be simple. The hard part would be having the barrel madeThe best thing to do may be to buy a second stripped receiver from Robarm and form 1 it. Then they could credit you the cost of the receiver when you eventually get the PDW, or build a 6.8. I was looking at my upper the other day thinking about chopping off 6 inches, then how to shorten the piston and move the gas block back. I would like to test it in 5.56 first as I think ifi it would cycle in that it would cycle fine in 6.8.
Yes... and that was my first thought too!! But believe it or not my goal is to stop buying and take as many classes as I can per year.easy question. get both![]()
With Alex having the capability of turning his own barrels in house he should be able to do this no problem. I am assuming he got a 4 axis CNC lathe, Shouldn't be any problem machining a new shoulder for the Gas block. You would have to have a new barrel made to move the gas block back the 6" that you cut off the upper and making the piston connecting rod would be simple. I want to take a 10-8 carbine class, carbine @ rifles only, and a couple at TDI like their shotgun class. I'd like to take about 3-4 a year, every year. With what I spend in guns, I could probably do that.I keed I keed...
what classes are you planning to take?
