I think it is the stock. The XCR skelton stock is just too light. I just think you need to add 10lb weights to the stock and the weapon would be nice and balanced.
I appreciate all the trouble shooting help. But Jack A Sol was the closest. I removed the rear BUIS and now it feels much better. I was so silly to think I needed such redundancy on an otherwise perfectly set up weapon.
