Lights & lasers on ebay

On ebay I found this company Invisible sight they make knock offs of all sorts of american top notch products like Surefire & Trijicon, also some of Canadas, like an Elcan, but any ways they have infrared & visible laser combos for $464.00 and a Surefire vertical grip for $136.00 and an acog, any one know if this stuff is worth the price or if its going to fall apart a month outa the box. I mean I love to support American industry but if I can get this stuff and save hundreds, any ways opinions? also I dont think this is airsoft

I stay away from ebay, you never know what you are going to get.
Re: Lights & lasers on ebay

I looked at the equipment on e-bay and it's not that cheap to gamble your hard earned money on, and where do you go for customer support? Hong Kong! Lets see if we can get a rep from that company on here? :p
Re: Lights & lasers on ebay

There is also alot of fakes like OJ's watch.
Re: Lights & lasers on ebay

I'm pretty sure eBay's patron saint is P.T. Barnum.
Re: Lights & lasers on ebay

I have bought many expensive items on Ebay and have NEVER been screwed.

That said ...the item you are looking at is for AirSoft weenies. ::)

You are definitely very lucky. I thought I was always overly careful, even anal about ebay transctions - but I've been stung twice (by PowerSellers), and ebay/paypal are full of shit by saying they'll help you or that your purchase is "protected"

Their "mediation" sux and takes a fricking MONTH to get anything even close to resolution - and that is ONLY if the thief hasn't spent the money already or if the account is even valid.

Ranly - I'm not saying tzoid is wrong, as there are indeed some good deals on ebay, but do your research and look for a reputable wholesaler. The few extra bucks you might spend are well worth the elimination of risk associated with unknown sellers.

Try here first:

Same thing, but cheaper and form a reliable source in the USA.

I feel bad you got ripped off 1redgmc

I pray I never have an issue with ebay. I have bought at least 3 sets of Golf Irons all over 350-600 dollars a few watches that cost between 100 and 800 dollars.

BTW- I saved between 40 and 75 % from the best deal anywhere on the items I buy.

I bought a Streamlight TLR-1 Brand new for 65.00 and a few Benchmade Knives.

I say look at the feedback of the dealer and also weigh what the savings is from buying from a known internet seller.

Example : If I can get a Brand New Aimpoint ML3 on ebay for 425.00 and I can get it from a internet dealer like Ranier for 449.00 I may chose to spend the extra 25.00 and get it from someone I know is an authorised dealer and will stand behind the product.

Look out for the fakes, but some of the deals are really good.
Re: Lights & lasers on ebay

I have a friend that bought an knockoff ACOG from ebay. It looked and felt real, however it did not work like a real ACOG. It ran off of watch batteries which last about 20 minutes before they died. He also was never able to zero the thing. So basically he paid 250 bucks for a 4x spotting scope and a cheap very ACOG imitation mount.
Re: Lights & lasers on ebay

I bought a few cheapo laser sights on Ebay. They didn't fit the rail and the clamp was soft plastic that stripped before you had a chance to even slightly tighten it down. Needless to say, $10 went to a couple of cat toys.

I bought those because they were so cheap. $5 ea. included shipping. I don;t think I'd try spending $40 or $50 though on Ebay. For that money, I'd rather spend double and get the real deal from a real manufacturer and a real USA distributor.
