I got my 2 lowers back today from Orion Arms, all I can say is WOW. It was well worth the time and money to send them out to them and let them do it. The engraving is perfect, especially on my POF lower. Anyways, here are the pics. I highly recommend them.

Looking good. I was thinking that would be the best spot to engrave the XCR lower.

That looks good, If I had someone local that could do that I wouldn't have sent mine out. Problem is I hear about guys going to the local jewler that says he can engrave anything and ends up doing a hack job.

I actually wanted it engraved above the fire control group on the right side, like the warning on the left side. Unfortunately it wouldn't fit there.

I went to local guy with two stripped AR lowers and got the royal hack job for $30 each. I complained (rather heatedly) and they openly indicated that they could care less (stated this way to aggravate PD the grammar nazi). ;D

Since I've blackened, no one notices except me.

On the other hand, the same guy did a PERFECT job on my Rem 870 SBS. Go figure.

Anyway - yours look great AZ - and post pics of the finished products if you would, please!
