Just received my new February issue of Guns & Ammo today. On page 13 is a picture of LWRCs new Short Stroke Gas Piston Operated .308 Rifle. Note their FAL (read XCR) style charger. Went to their website, but details are not there. RobArms needs to hurry up with their .308 Cal rifle. :duh:

Lex, Only demo'd their 5.56, AR, with piston. The .308 version almost looks Robarms.

I think what you are seeing there is the 5.56 Piston Upper Conversion. Here's another photo out of the water?
This is a retro fit to your upper, or you can buy a complete upper at a cost!

I agree, that was pretty cool footage with the guy coming out of the water. I always liked SEAL promos showing that type of thing. Also, the footage with the guy shoving dirt on the weapon as it was being fired was a hoot

Yeh, but that was their 5.56 CONVERSION. Next time at the newstand take a look at the Feb 2008 issue of Guns & Ammo, page 13. Their .308 looks RobArms. 8)

Yes I am sorry, once again I stand corrected. That is in fact the PWS retro fit on an AR15 platform. Kinda neat anyways?
