Apparently the president of Matech, Mr. Rafael Correa announced at SHOT that Matech has gobbled up LWRC

Anyone have additional info? This is very good news for consumers. Maybe now they wont have to wait 25% of a year to get their gun after ordering.

Tjis seems to be the trend in new weapons manufacturing in the US, the little guys either outgrow and need to go bigger or they have a great design that gets bought up...My only concern with this would be customer service and if they can continue to provide it the way they do now.
