Funny thing is the Seals and SAS don't seem to have a problem killing bad guys with 9mm.

As for the best pistol, you carry and use whatever you can shoot the best with under the circumstances. There is no perfrect pistol and what some people like in a M&P will be things others don't.

True statement Mickey , a 1911 works well for some people and others find it clunky.
i had read that about the SEALs using the 9mm though , i think it has to do with training and placement ,and if used right you would have more shots to use.
The study's done on shotguns being used in Iraq brought up its problems on things i never thought of ,and a Local SWAT LT. told me that was all true and the scatter gun wasn't a cure all.
