I was going to get one but what good is it to have if I’m afraid to shoot it for fear of breaking a part and unable to get a replacement? It’s a wonder why some people do what they do....
New M96’s to be built
So RA announced they are gonna make about 200 more M96’s in carbine, rifle, and top feed configuration this year along with spare parts. I will put my name in on the waiting list for a carbine and a top feed kit.
What spares should one order? I will be shooting it. I am not familiar with M96 breakages, so I need to do some searching for same, but suspect extra bolt and internal bolt parts, op rod parts, recoil spring, gas system parts, and barrel as being unique and not easy to make. Thank you.
