Hey Terra,
I was considering a used XCR (like new) and wondered what support would be like if I were to have any problems with the rifle. I know I should buy new, but funds are somewhat limited right now for me. Thanks!

Just read the posts on this site to determine what the product support would be like. I can't put words in anyone's mouth, but I would say that RA and especially Terra would do anything necessary to make you happy and resolve any issues should they potentially arise. Terra's response to emails is within the hour or two when you contact her and IF and that is a big IF you had to send anything back, it would be repaired or swapped out and back to you within a couple weeks. Perhaps sooner if you don't live on the East Coast like I do. Buy that rifle with confidence, even if you would be the second owner. ;)

We will certainly take care of any mfg-based issues the rifle will ever encounter. Any other needed repairs or upgrades will also be available. :)
