There is a Arsenal SAS M7 (NO BAN) folder in a local shop that I am considering buying. It has all the preban features (folding stock--not welded out in the full position, muzzle nut screws on and off) and again, as I said it is the (NO BAN model)
Lets say a ban goes in effect again, does this mean if I buy this weapon that the folding stock will have to be welded out in the full position and the muzzle nut welded on, or does this weapon apply since it was made after the ban lifted a few years ago.
