Robinson arms told me that the standard length will not work with the mini upper receiver. Just a heads up.

You have to swap out the piston and gas tube to standard length as well, the gas tube would stick out the front of the mini hand guard about an inch and a half before it reached the gasblock it's not the coolest looking setup but it'll work.

Did they say what specifically? Did you mention you were going to swap out the appropriate parts? I've asked for things on orders that I know I wanted because of what I was doing. They swapped them without telling me thinking they were helping.
