Now who's going to make the trip to Knob Creek machine gun shoot in April?

I am going to do my best to get there, how about you? :uzi: :machinegun2: :rapidfire: :shootingproblems: :bazooka: :firepower:

I prefer the October shoot, but I may go down on Friday for the show--if for no other reason than to catch dinner at Burbank's on the way home.

Still, you never know what you might see down there, so I'll probably go. Always on the lookout for oddball parts and magazines.

Aziator, You are missing out on a great get together. I used to go twice a year, when I had all my Class III stuff. Stayed at the cabins at Knox, and ate at the GREAT, on post, Italian Restruant. Go see the Patton Museum while there. ALL kinds of toys and ammo deals there at the show. :machinegun2:

I'm in. After having to cancel last years trip because of WORK, I'm going this year for sure. What kind of ammo deals can be expected there gunner? For example, how much for 1000 rounds of .223 ???

We might have to take the truck... and a wad of $$$

I have made arrangements to meet the owner of the Proffessional Arms MK5, Andrew who will be at this shoot. For anyone interested in buying the Professional Arms MK5, yes 1redgmc, I might even be able to arrange a shoot of his prototype weapons.

For anyone going to the Shot Show 2008 go find Professional Arms booth and ask for Andrew. Tell him Roy from Aussie Arms sent you and he should look after you.

1red, With the way things are going, pricewise, your guess is as good as mine. :'( I used to get some REAL deals there. $80.00 for 1,000 rds of 9mm. But that was YEARS ago. Used to be 20% less than advertised. If you don't have a class III firearm, you can do the renta a shoot. Don't forget to do the "Jungle Walk" as it's loads of fun, and you can use their weapon. They do have a three gun match too, a classic military bolt rifle match and more. The nite shoot is a hoot, and the band always plays good music. Best thing to do is request one of their flyers, it will pretty much explain everything.

Damn Roy, I would like to see that MP5 clone up close..... :2cents:

Yeah Terra, Have ALEX box up a bunch of full auto XCRs, along with experimental (read XCR-M) stuff. We, his fan club, will be more than happy to test fire them on the firing line. :tomcat: :toast:  :tiphat:

Can someone that has been there before tell me a little more about how it works, the shooting stages, etc. I mentioned it to the wife and she is open to the idea and would shoot with me. I was looking at the assault rifle shoot and a handgun shoot of some sort.
