I just thought I'd share this with ya'll.

At about 5 p.m. today, my 3 y/o came up to me and said, "Sand dunes daddy?". I said, "Sure, why not?"

About 30 minutes later, about $8 in gas-both ways (Suburban mialage), and back to "The Free State" here is what we did:

Note: Man it's great to be out in Da Dunes on a weekday. No one around. And it was high 60's the whole time. And , oh yeah, I do remember what it was like in E.WA/N.ID in mid January, for many, many years. Hahahahahahaaa, suckers!

We were home by 8 p.m.

riding quads is great fun, on dunes I bet its awesome-aren't too many of those round these parts though

Hey it was supposed to be near 55 degrees in Denver today or tomorrow. That's the good news. The bad news is it's supposed to drop to only 18 degrees the day after. The other bad news is I'm stuck in LA on a business trip.
