I was thinking on my way to work this morning that somebody (I think Gunner) mentioned that the 6.8 mags seem to load the x39 ammo OK. Does anyone have a 6.8 AR that can check how many rounds will feed reliably?

The reason I ask is for military/LEO use. It would be a pain in the :butt2: if a unit wanted to use 5.56, 6.8 and x39, or at least have all 3 in their inventory. It would be simplified if a soldier didn't have to rely on looking for different colored followers to determine what mags to use that day.

I think I've tried putting 7.62x39mm ammo in 6.8 mags. You can shoot 10 to 12 but if you put more in it, it will not work right.

Got a call from C-Products today. They're sending me a first off mag next week. I'm excited.
It's got 30 rounds of 7.62x39mm goodness.
