I recall a while ago that Alex mentioned something about an unnamed government/military entity that was looking at XCR's. Anyone know what ever happened with that?

I heard that a country was looking at the x39 version but I am sure that hasn't happened yet.

Ah the ol UGSSAL. I heard it was INS-division 6. ;D

Seriously, if RA got a "G" contract that would insure a lucrative & stable future. Alex would really have to ramp-up production though. Plus that means us reg guys would be at the back of the line. And Terra wouldn't have time to talk to us anymore, etc. etc.

I can't imagine the x39 conversion would be a primary reason a government would take the XCR. Custom magazines aside, AKs are a hell of a lot cheaper and the Finnish produce a really nice varient that's accurate and effectve.

As nice as the Rk 95 seems to be, it's still an AK with AK ergo's. Also, do the Finn's even export the 7.62x39 version?

Regardless, I'm still wondering about what ever happened to this.
