Why no requests for a 9mm XCR-L

I guess the second most common AR caliber is 9mm (with modified UZI mags), so I was wondering why in the various threads here and on ar15.com I don't see many request a XCR-L 9mm or for that matter any other pistol caliber.

Perhaps and XCR-S? :

Robinson did say something about a PDW. Maybe in the future
