Most of the AR railed gas blocks I've ever seen seem to have a standard rail on them I believe, so... no. If you want any standard front sight though, you can just put it on the forward part of the top receiver rail. 
XCR Gas block dove tail
Ok I know RobArm is going to make their own sight to sit on it but... Ive seen other sights set on gas blocks, like on ARs N' such, would any of them work on the XCR's gas block's dove tail?
